We hire slowly and for one trait: the willingness to show the arithmetic, including when it is unflattering. Everything else is teachable.
Licensed brokers here underwrite before they advocate. If you would rather lead with a story about a market than with an operating statement, this is not a comfortable desk.
We do not discuss compensation, splits or brokerage economics in public materials. Those are conversations for a licensed candidate with a signed conversation in front of them, and any figure you see quoted about them somewhere else did not come from us.
