Licensed activity

Valuation, negotiation, the preparation of documents, and the first substantive conversation about a specific property are licensed acts in Oregon. Unlicensed staff at Promesa do not perform them and do not discuss transactions. If you reach an unlicensed member of the team with a transactional question, you will be handed to the broker.
